Do you offer packaging for limited storage?
Yes. To help hospitals, organizations and families with limited storage, we offer two packaging options for every doll: a retail window box or a compact vacuum-sealed pack. Choose your Male or Female doll and your packaging before adding it to the cart. Both options include the selected dressed doll, a 4-piece coordinating accessory set, and a named Mighty Pals Promise & Official Forever Pal Certificate. Bulk orders can use either option or a mix, with packaging specified for each doll.

Yes. There are 12 character pairs and 24 doll choices. Choose one individual doll before ordering. Each set includes your selected dressed doll, four listed accessory sets, and a named Mighty Pals Promise & Official Forever Pal Certificate.
How much does a doll set cost?
Most Mighty Pals doll sets are $59.95. Charlie or Chloe with Scout is $69.95. Each price is for one selected doll with four accessory sets and a named certificate. Dolls and books are sold separately.
When will I receive my preorder?
The collection currently open for preorder arrives April 1, 2027. Bella/Benny, Finn/Fiona, Kai/Katie, and Ava/Andy arrive October 1, 2027; preorders for that collection open October 1, 2027. Check the availability shown on your selected product page. Payment is collected at checkout.
What comes in each doll box?
One Doll & 4 Accessories Included in Each Box. Every set includes one selected fully dressed doll, its four listed accessory sets, and a two-sided Mighty Pals Promise & Official Forever Pal Certificate with the selected pal’s name.
Retail window boxes and compact vacuum-sealed packs contain the same included items. Books are sold separately. See the individual character lists below for the exact accessories.

Which Mighty Pals are available for preorder?
Daisy/Danny, Milo/Millie, Luna/Louie, Sunny/Susie, Oliver/Olivia, Ruby/Rudy, Josie/Joey, and Charlie/Chloe with Scout are open for preorder and arrive April 1, 2027.
Bella/Benny, Finn/Fiona, Kai/Katie, and Ava/Andy arrive October 1, 2027. Preorders for these dolls open October 1, 2027.
Are these real medical accessories?
They’re doll-sized pretend-play items, intended for use with the dolls.
Can stores or hospitals order?
Yes. Stores, hospitals, schools and organizations can place bulk orders of 10 or more doll sets. View bulk pricing and build your order to see available characters, packaging options and package totals.
For custom quantities or an order of 500 of the same eligible doll, contact Kelly for a written quote. Any earlier delivery arrangement is confirmed in that quote.
Does a doll come with a book?

How do preorders, cancellations and refund questions work?
Payment is collected at checkout. Availability varies by character; see your selected product page for its listed delivery timing.
